An argumentative essay should contain both opinions and facts. Facts are more highly regarded than opinions as they have been established by sources other than yourself. Research is essential for an argumentative essay.

Opinion - I think its a lovely warm day.

Chocolate was first made in Mexico.
Mary never eats chocolate.
Chocolate is made from beans from the cocao plant.
Try giving your own opinions in English and try repeating facts that you hear/read.
